So, how do you get started?

First things first, make sure you’re signed up with us as a mystery shopper. If you haven’t already, creating an account is quick and easy. Just head over to our Shopper Portal Performance Improvement Specialists – Mystery Shoppers Ltd (mystery-shoppers.co.uk) and get started!

Once you’re logged in and have filled in your profile information, check out what’s available on our Available Assignments page. After that, it’s time to up your game by completing some Certifications!

With our Certifications, it’s all about finding your perfect match – think of it like peanut butter and jelly, or yin and yang! Take, for example, the ‘Become a Specialist Charity Fundraising Shopper’ Certification. Once you’ve got that under your belt, you’re free to dive into as many charity mystery shops as your heart desires!

And if video mystery shopping is more your thing, we’ve got you covered with our Video Shopper Panel Certification which will open up the door to our highest paying assignments. 

Each Certification may involve a set of questions or a test activity, such as recording. Don’t worry, you’ll have the chance to review and edit your answers before submitting. And if you don’t pass on your first try, no problem! You can retake the Certification until you succeed.

How long does it take to complete them?

Typically, Certifications take no more than 10-15 minutes to finish, depending on the type.

Now, you might be wondering, are these Certifications necessary?

While they’re not required for every assignment, they can be essential for certain mystery shops, and when you click ‘apply’ you might be asked to complete one, like video mystery shops. Certifications ensure you’re fully prepared and ready to deliver quality feedback. They also help us to learn more about you, so that when we have specialist assignments, we know who to contact first.
